Avernsys makes Rotasal, a last-mile delivery platform: route optimization, dispatch, live tracking and fleet operations for companies that run their own deliveries.

Built the whole system: a FastAPI backend, a React dispatcher dashboard, a React Native courier app, customer tracking, tests and cloud infrastructure. The routing engine is written in Rust and handles vehicle capacity, delivery windows, courier hours, pickup-and-delivery order and service times.

Also runs product, sales and customer rollouts.

Computer vision and autonomous-driving data. Ingested and prepared driver data for perception development.

Starlink. Led a ten-person engineering, market and legal assessment of bringing it to Turkey, then an eight-person maritime study covering the Black Sea, the Aegean and the Mediterranean.

Started an international undergraduate engineering journal and ran it for two and a half years with a 40-person team across editorial, design, marketing, legal and university relations.

Set its editorial standards with the Dean of Engineering and faculty, and built partnerships with universities in Turkey and the United States.

Computational imaging for pathology. Built MATLAB and Python pipelines to stitch histopathology images and register them across imaging modes, and trained generative adversarial networks on biopsy images for virtual staining: producing stained-looking tissue images without the chemical stain.

Worked with the logistics and distribution team on sorting algorithms and the distribution network, and shipped front-end improvements for Prime Video.
